Can I return clothes after wearing?
We don’t accept returns if the clothing has obviously been worn, but exceptions and mistakes are made and we will gladly assist you if the product is faulty or of poor quality. Please email your query to info@educlo.co.za
Exceptions
For hygienic reasons refunds or exchanges will not be given in the following instances where the product was opened or worn:
• Worn or scuffed shoes
• Socks
• Stain covered items
• Defected or broken items due to wear and tear.
Can I get a refund on clothing?
You DON’T have a legal right to change your mind & return online goods. Even if you’ve bought the wrong colour or size, we don’t legally have to refund you simply because you’ve changed your mind. (It’s different if items are faulty.)
Can I cancel an online order after payment?
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact Educlo directly on 072 186 2185 .
How long will my online order take before delivery?
At Educlo we take great pride in the superior quality and service we offer. All depending on the size of the order, delivery can take up to 14 days. We will however contact the client directly should this time frame change.
