2.1 Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned within [number] days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items purchased on sale or clearance may be final sale and not eligible for returns (please check the product page for specific return eligibility).

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

Custom or personalized items.

Gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3.1 How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at info@educlo.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.

3.2 Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4.1 Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

4.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5.1 Conditions for Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@educlo.co.za and send your item to: 61 Joubert Street, Vasco Estate, Goodwood.

If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Gifts

6.1 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
